It was very clean. The man everyone talked about who worked there was really pleasant the entire time and didn't have any problem helping me whenever I asked him a question. Also, most importantly, there was a lady in there that helped me out so much. She showed me how to wash the clothes, which dryers were the best and helped me fold most of my clothes. She was amazing!

I had a great experience my first time at this laundromat! I believe his name is Chris but he was very friendly to all the customers. Even the people just hanging around that people would normally treat as less than. The facility was very clean. You can tell he loves this mat. And he was very patient with the lady he was training. Never once did he sound frustrated or irritated in any way with dealing with her and any of the customers in there. I’ll be returning until I move 👍🏾... plus all the machines work... like.... that’s unheard of lol

Due to the laundry room at my complex being destroyed I had to go out to do laundry. I decided to try this one since it's across from my favorite Chinese Food spot. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was. The second was there are no chairs at the folding tables. After being there for awhile I understood why. Another thing I noticed is the sheer amount of maintenance that needs to be done on the whole back row of washers. I happened to find one that didn't have an out of order sign on it. Being a laundromat you shouldn't have an entire row of washers out of commission. I didn't go on the back part of that row so I can't say if those were down as well. I didn't know they closed at 7. The attendant was kind and didn't rush me to get out. I really appreciated her willingness to be patient with me. I'm hoping not to need to go out again but if this is your reality this is a good place to go. Be aware the last load goes in at 6, they close at 7 every day.

Affordable, clean, huge. They have a 60 pound washer 🤣 you can put all your laundry for three people plus sheets in one load👌👌. Sam is amazing… she needs a raise. The most friendly and helpful person. She arrived 10 minutes early for her shift and was reading “jokes of the day”. When her shift started she went around and told everyone jokes to break the ice. She was helping everyone out… she’s truly a blessing.

During my visit with Caribbean coin laundry mone The assistant that you have was very pleasant kind accommodating. The place is very clean pleasant to be in and And the best place that I have been in a long time I will continue to come and spend my money in this place and only this place. Please know that your assistant was the best thank you and have a great day.

Love everything about this place. Convenient location. Dryers work amazingly. Washer are great & in order. Nice staff also very clean for the most part.

I needed to do laundry while visiting Louisville. I checked reviews here before choosing Caribbean, and can tell you: believe the positive ones! First and foremost, it could not be cleaner. The attendant saw that I was unfamiliar with the place and pointed out coin machine locations. Single-pack laundry needs are available though a dispenser. Machines were clean and efficient. Oh-- and it shares a parking lot with a dollar store, if you need to multi-task.

Very very clean, affordable. Staff was very nice (Sam was amazing and deserves a raise 💗, she let me start laundry even though it was a bit past the cut off time). I will definitely be coming back here from now on. P.S. I hardly ever leave reviews and have NEVER taken the time to take pictures etc. It's refreshing to see a small business that cares and takes time and effort to do their best.
